Situated between wide usually empty Hollywood Beach, and the beautiful Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, California, USA.  Our ideal location also provides roof deck views of the Channel Islands, considered America’s Galápagos Islands, as well as the Topatopa Mountains.  There are many activities locally available, including jet ski rental. boat rental, bike rental, restaurants, shops, beach and harbor.  And those are just the things within walking distance of the house.  Further afield is wine tasting, the Santa Barbara Zoo, the quant town of Ojai, downtown Santa Barbara, outlet mall shopping in Camarillo,   Or you can just choose to relax at the house.  Its really quiet.
